Returns & Exchanges Policy

  1. Good sold are strictly nonrefundable.
  2. Items sold are exchangeable within 14 days of receipt of product
  3. Exchanges should be accompanied with the respective sales invoice or delivery receipt.
  4. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
    -  Items must be in their original packaging
    -  Items must be in their original condition
    -  Items hangtag must be intact with the packaging
    -  Item must be unworn
    -  Item must be unwashed
    -  Item must have NO alterations of any form, including cutting of labels
    -  Item must have NO name tapes applied on the garment.
  5. The management reserves the rights to refuse your exchange if your items do not meet the above conditions.

    The exchanged item will have to be of an equal value or a higher value than the original item. Top up of the additional difference is required if an exchange item is of a higher value than the original. If the exchanged item value is lower than the original, a store credit voucher will be issued. Please take note that there will be NO CASH REFUND for returns.

    Items purchased can only be exchanged at our retail outlet.

    Items can either be exchanged for different products AND OR a store credit voucher will be issued.
    -  The validity of the store credit voucher is for 1 year from the date of issue.
    -  The store credit voucher can only be used at our outlet/s purchase
