HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?

When you place an order you will receive an email from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and order details. 

  

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE AND PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO YOU?

We are sorry, not at this point of time. Due to security issues, we will refrain from obtaining credit card information from you 

  

ARE THE SAME PRODUCTS OFFERED ONLINE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE STORE?

Yes, all products offered online are also available in the store.

 

DO YOU HAVE THE SAME PRICE ONLINE AND IN THE STORE?

Yes, all the products offered online and in the store are of the same price. However if you wishes us to deliver to your place, a delivery fee will be incurred on your 'Total Cost' when you have 'checkout' from the shopping cart.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ALTERATIONS?
We do not provide any alterations on site, however we can recommend a few commendable tailors to fulfill your request. 
Lim's Uniforms are not liable for any damage and will not take any responsibility if there are any alteration fault that arises.

For uniforms that have been altered, there will not be any forms of exchanges or refunds
